Beverly Hills

Rental Market

Beverly Hills is the typical St George suburb, with an array of both low and high density residential, and commercial properties. It is a popular suburb for renters, primarily because of its great shopping precinct, and fantastic transport system, which makes it very popular with white collar workers but also small business owners. Coupled with the many attractions and lifestyle St George has to offer, Beverly Hills has always been a hotspot for renters over its close neighbours.

Rental prices in in the suburb vary, depending on the type, size and location of property. At any given time you could expect upwards of 200 rental residential properties advertised. They consist of a mixture of Federation and Austerity years style houses, newly developed McMansions, but also apartments ranging from the typical 1970’s red brick style to new apartments.

Rental prices for a typical 1 bedroom apartment in Beverly Hills range from $450 to $500 per week and 2 bedroom apartment would be around the $500 to $600 per week mark. Beverly Hills also boasts a number of rental houses available for rent, varying in condition and age, with rental prices ranging around the $600 pw and upwards of $800 per week.

Why NextGen as your Beverly Hills Property Manager?

NextGen Property Mgmt (nextgenpm.com.au) is a Real Estate Agency that specialises in property management. Our agency employs fantastic real estate agents and we pride ourselves as being the best property managers in Sydney.  Our differentiator is that we are landlords ourselves! St George and Beverly Hills in particular is our playground, and we have had a strong presence in the suburb since our inception as a real estate agency. Our base is in Beverly Hills.

Today we have a large number of rental properties under management in the area and are always looking to add more as we just love the demographic. Our property manager Chris, lives in Beverly Hills. This is what he had to say when asked about the Rental Market in Beverly Hills.

“I’ve lived and managed properties in Beverly Hills for over 15 years. In that time we’ve seen prices and rents double in value! Beverly Hills is a family oriented community and always loved by tenants because it is safe, quiet and has an awesome shopping center. The crown jewel though is the Beverly Hills cinema. The best thing about Beverly Hills though, is the fact that it is so well connected having major arteries come through like the M5, King Georges Rd and Stoney Creek Rd. Beverly Hills is also on the Easts Hills train line and it takes less than 15 minutes to get to the airport and 30 minutes to get to the Sydney CBD which is great for white collar workers. Beverly Hills is a great long term investment hub and a very desirable location for tenants.”

If you have any questions about the rental market, or would like a second opinion on you rental property, please let us know and our local property manager will be able to meet with you and discuss. Our advice to landlords looking for a property manager to manage their property, is to look for someone that has the capacity and headspace to care for their property, their tenant, and them as a customer. Our local dedicated property manager can certainly do that.
