Submitting a Complaint


If a member of the public believes they are being or have been unfairly treated, they should follow one of the methods described below to raise a formal complaint.

  • By emailing


  • By filling in the Contact Us page on the NextGen Property Mgmt website


  • By requesting our staff for the details of the Licensee-in-Charge and conducting the Licensee-in-Charge directly to raise a complaint.


  • By asking a NextGen Property Mgmt staff member to raise a formal complaint on their behalf.

The NextGen Property Mgmt Licensee-in-Charge will get in contact with anyone raising a complaint within 48 hours.
