Submitting a Complaint
If a member of the public believes they are being or have been unfairly treated, they should follow one of the methods described below to raise a formal complaint.
- By emailing email@example.com
- By filling in the Contact Us page on the NextGen Property Mgmt website https://nextgenpm.com.au/contact-us/
- By requesting our staff for the details of the Licensee-in-Charge and conducting the Licensee-in-Charge directly to raise a complaint.
- By asking a NextGen Property Mgmt staff member to raise a formal complaint on their behalf.
The NextGen Property Mgmt Licensee-in-Charge will get in contact with anyone raising a complaint within 48 hours.
