Complaints

If a member of the public believes they are being or have been unfairly treated, they should follow one of the methods described below to raise a formal complaint.

1. By email to complaints@nextgenpm.com.au.

2. By filling in the Contact Us page on the NextGen Property Mgmt website https://nextgenpm.com.au/contact-us/

3. By requesting our staff for the details of the Licensee-in-Charge and conducting the Licensee-in-Charge directly to raise a complaint.

4. By asking a NextGen Property Mgmt staff member to raise a formal complaint on their behalf.

The NextGen Property Mgmt Licensee-in-Charge will get in contact with anyone raising a complaint within 48 hours.

We are a boutique start up that specialises in property management. NextGen Property Mgmt does NOT have a sales team unlike most other agencies that specialise in Sales and have Property Management as a side business.

Our area of focus is residential property and we operate Inner and South West Sydney as well as St George.
