Why NextGen as your Hurstville Property Manager?

NextGen Property Mgmt (nextgenpm.com.au) is a Real Estate Agency that specialises in property management. Our agency employs fantastic real estate agents and we pride ourselves as being the best property managers in Sydney.  Our differentiator is that we are landlords ourselves! St George and Hurstville in particular is our playground, and we have had a strong presence in the suburb since our inception as a real estate agency.

Today we have a large number of rental properties under management in the area and are always looking to add more as we just love the demographic. Our property manager Chris, lived in the area for years and owns 2 rental properties of his own there on Woodville St and Railway Pde. This is what he had to say when asked about the Rental Market in Hurstville.

“I lived in Hurstville when I first got married and we had our two children there – Mary and Stephen. We lived in our apartment which was part of Park Plaza right next to Westfield. That location was amazing as we were literally able to bring the shopping trolley up to our apartment! I won’t even mention the cinema right next door! The best thing about Hurstville though, was its amazing transport system. Hurstville is on the Illawarra line and it takes less than 35 minutes to get to the CBD. Great for white collar workers.

These days, as a property manager, I have come to realise that, when combining lifestyle, the buzz that the Westfield has to offer and access to the train line, few suburbs fair better than Hurstville.

If you have any questions about the rental market, or would like a second opinion on your rental property, please let us know and our local property manager will be able to meet with you and discuss. Our advice to landlords looking for a property manager to manage their property, is to look for someone that has the capacity and headspace to care for their property, their tenant, and them as a customer. Our local dedicated property manager can certainly do that.
