Patty Zarrino is the day-to-day operations manager of NextGen and maintains visibility across all aspects of the business. Patty is a founding member along with Chris, being there when the very first property joined our business.
Patty is ethical and dedicated to doing things right for landlords and tenants! She also loves to make sure repairs and maintenance are done right and has a knack for finding the most amazing deals! Patty loves her job and was born to be a property manager! NextGen is lucky to have someone like Patty overseeing the operations as her attention to detail and professionalism are second to none!

Stephen is the newest member of the NextGen family but is quickly establishing himself as a very reliable go-getter and an integral part of the team! Comfortable in every aspect of the business from answering queries, to drafting agreements and conducting inspections and opens, to helping with repairs and maintenance and paying bills, no job is too small or too big for Stephen! With dreams of helping NextGen become the best agency in Australia, Stephen aspires for a very long and successful career in the Real Estate industry and looking at his enthusiasm and wisdom beyond his years, one can only say... sky is the limit for Stephen!

Dorrisa joined NextGen in 2021 from one of the mainstream, large franchise agencies, where she was in charge of over 200 properties . What made Dorrisa join NextGen was the smaller boutique agency environment, in which quality and service really matter and has taken her new role like a duck to water. Dorrisa is fantastic to deal with and very patient. She says that she loves property management and she is a natural at it. NextGen is lucky to have Dorrisa in its ranks and her energy and willingness to always learn makes her for a fantastic property manager.

Leasing and Advertising Manager
Mary joined NextGen in early 2020 and is involved in all aspects of our business and in particular the weekly management of our Ads. Mary is creative, efficient, extremely reliable and is brilliant at coordinating the various opens on any given week as well as updating our Ads to make sure they are fresh and interesting! Her confidence and energy is a hit with prospective tenants, and her successes in renting out properties quickly are numerous! If Mary can't get a tenant over the line, no one can!
Property Manager Assistant
Chris Roumeliotis joined NextGen in 2020 in the role of assistant property manager. Multi-talented and with aspirations of running his own business one day, Chris has an amazing attention to detail and loves to discuss ideas and always deliver what is asked of him! Chris's speciality is conducting routine, entry and exit inspections, where his diligence and uncanny ability for the detail ensures NextGen's inspection reports, are thorough and detailed enough to be some of the best the industry has ever produced!
Dahnna is that person in every business that makes everything happen and is involved in everything! She supports all the Property Managers and the rest of the team, in anything required to make sure nothing is missed. With a constant smile on her face and always excited and eager to do more, Dahnna will do anything the job requires and anything asked of her and more!
